When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Shai La Bows will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

An order cannot be modified or canceled once placed as orders are pulled into our shipping system and scheduled specifically with the inventory in the order for our shipping team to pick and ship as quickly as possible.

Our system is not able to add inventory onto an existing order. A new, separate order needs to be placed.

What should I do if I am missing an item from my order?

If an item is listed on your packing slip and is not inside your package, please contact customer service with the name of the missing item and a photo of your packing slip so we can get this sorted out for you right away!

Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to?

Yes! Please select the destination in the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if they are not already included in the product price. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

From where do your items ship?

All orders will be shipped from Dallas, TX.

Do you have a store I can shop at in person?

We are online only! This does also mean that we do not offer order pick-up or return drop-off.

Will you be getting more stock?

We restock our best-sellers as often as possible and add new products to the site weekly!
